I invite you to begin a journey inward — a journey into the natural healing intelligence of your mind, body, and spirit.
Whether you are seeking relief from stress and anxiety, working through emotional blocks, rebuilding confidence, improving your health, or stepping more fully into your purpose, hypnotherapy offers a powerful and compassionate path forward. Through clinical hypnosis, guided imagery, EFT, Dream Therapy, and integrative behavioral techniques, I help clients access the subconscious patterns that quietly shape their lives and gently transform them.
Like many of my clients, I reached a point in my own life where I began asking deeper questions:
Was I truly living fully?
Was I aligned with God's purpose for my life?
Was I using the time I’ve been given in a meaningful way?
Those questions led me on a journey of exploration, and spiritual growth.
Through my walk with God, I began to recognize that many of the patterns, habits, and emotional responses I carried were not aligned with the life I felt called to live. Some were rooted in past experiences, fear, or learned behaviors that once served a purpose but no longer supported who I was becoming. I came to understand that real transformation is not about striving harder, but about renewing the mind, healing the heart, and allowing God to reshape what lies beneath the surface. Just because I had asked God to change me, didn't mean I didn't have some work to do.
Romans 12:2
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”
God brings the change when we ask—but sometimes the patterns we’ve learned over time don’t automatically follow.
Those subconscious habits and responses can still pull us in directions we no longer want to go. That's why Faith based Hypnotherapy can truly make a huge difference. Through this work, we begin to gently unlearn what no longer serves us and replace it with new patterns that support the life God is calling us into.
God does the transforming, and we take the steps to align our minds and behaviors with that transformation.
One of the most profound areas of transformation in my own life was my health. I experienced a significant weight loss journey, releasing over 170 pounds—going from 328 pounds to 155. This transformation did not come through willpower alone. It came through addressing the deeper patterns within the subconscious mind—the beliefs, emotional responses, and conditioned habits that had been shaping my life for years. When those internal patterns began to shift, lasting external change followed.
I also faced claustrophobia, a deeply rooted fear that impacted my ability to undergo necessary medical procedures. For years, I was unable to complete an MRI due to overwhelming anxiety and panic. Despite multiple attempts, the fear felt stronger than my ability to push through it.
Through hypnotherapy, I was able to gently work with the subconscious patterns driving that fear. Rather than extreme anxiety, medication, waiting for open machines or just refusing to go through it, I learned how to calm my nervous system, reframe my internal responses, and create a sense of safety from within. What once felt impossible became manageable, and I was finally able to successfully complete an MRI.
That experience reinforced something I now share with my clients every day: When we change the internal response, we change the experience.
These personal transformations became powerful turning points and confirmations that lasting change happens from within.
Hypnotherapy became a central part of that transformation. It provided a way to access deeper levels of awareness, allowing me to release limiting beliefs, strengthen self-worth, regulate emotional responses, and create meaningful forward movement without force or struggle. It felt natural, empowering, and sustainable, and it changed the direction of my life.
That transformation ignited a deep passion within me to study and master this work so I could help others experience the same kind of freedom and alignment.
Today, I use hypnotherapy to help clients work at the level of the subconscious mind, where habits, beliefs, and emotional imprints are stored. In a relaxed and focused state, we are able to gently identify and release patterns that no longer serve you while reinforcing new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding that support your goals and your growth.
God is the One who brings true change when we seek Him. Yet many of the patterns and learned responses stored in the subconscious mind can continue to influence our thoughts and behaviors long after we’ve made the decision to grow.
Through intentional work, these patterns can be gently unlearned and replaced. In this way, we partner with God—allowing Him to transform our hearts as we take active steps to align our thoughts, behaviors, and habits with His will.
Romans 12:2 “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”
For those who desire it, this process can also be integrated with your spiritual life. Hypnotherapy can be used alongside prayer and reflection to support the renewal of the mind, strengthen faith, and help bring your thoughts, behaviors, and identity into greater alignment with your values, your purpose, and your relationship with God. It is not about replacing faith, but about creating space for transformation to take root more deeply.
If you are not religious, please know that I fully respect your beliefs. I never impose my personal convictions. My focus is simply to support you in achieving your goals and creating meaningful change in your life. I meet you where you are, and we walk the path forward together.
This is not a “do to” process, it is a “do with” process. You are always in control, and the changes you experience are guided by your willingness and desire to grow. I serve as a facilitator, helping you access the resources that already exist within you.
My professional training through the Hypnosis Motivation Institute’s nationally accredited College of Hypnotherapy allows me to stay current with the latest techniques and best practices. I have developed skills in behavioral transformation, stress management, emotional regulation, and subconscious re-patterning.
Through Integrative Life Pathways, I combine clinical hypnotherapy, behavioral wellness strategies, and practical tools to support lasting, sustainable change. My approach is calm, structured, results-oriented, and deeply compassionate.
Nothing is more fulfilling to me than witnessing clients:
Release emotional burdens
Regain confidence and clarity
Restore calm to the nervous system
Improve their health and relationship with their body
Overcome fears and limitations
Step into their purpose with renewed strength
Transformation does not require struggle. It requires alignment, guidance, and a willingness to access the deeper resources already within you.
If you are ready to explore what is possible, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
I offer a complimentary phone consultation so we can discuss your goals, answer your questions, and determine whether we are a good fit to work together.
Your next chapter begins with one decision — to move forward.
